RB approached Emperor to produce sustainability and integrated reports that truly reflected its transformational business. A key challenge was to articulate the role sustainability had played in the growing success of the organisation.
How could we show RB's sustainability ambitions in a clear, measured and engaging way?
So while our work in year one focused on putting in place solid reporting foundations, we helped RB produce an integrated report in year two to showcase the company's positive social impact.
While encouraging RB to continue delivering two different reports (and an online-only data sustainability supplement), we combined the financial and sustainability strategies to develop one clear corporate strategy: ‘Better Business’.
To help RB articulate this, we also conducted a materiality assessment to create a clear sustainability framework and weave sustainability prominently throughout the corporate narrative.
