In this role, you will advise our clients in the development and implementation of their employee engagement and internal communications strategies.
Working with the Head of Employee Engagement and Change and the wider team, you will help our clients create and embed their Employee Value Proposition (EVP), define values and behaviours, develop culture programmes, evolve their internal communications strategies and measure the effectiveness of their communications throughout the organisation.
