Employee Communications Specialist

LONDON

Our Employee Engagement and Change Communications team is growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

We are a friendly and down to earth team who love what we do. Our focus is on devising communications solutions that enable our clients to strengthen their brand from the inside-out and drive engagement and behaviour change.

Our portfolio of live work covers:

  • The development of an organisation’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand, to attract and retain the best talent.
  • The creation, launch, activation and embedding of an organisation’s vision, purpose, values, DEI, culture, sustainability strategy and brand promise.
  • Enabling the success of organisational change programmes through effective communications.

We work closely with our colleagues who are industry leaders in brand, digital, reporting and sustainability. We’ve also got an incredible creative team who partner with us to devise powerful and impactful solutions.
