Our Employee Engagement and Change Communications team is growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.
We are a friendly and down to earth team who love what we do. Our focus is on devising communications solutions that enable our clients to strengthen their brand from the inside-out and drive engagement and behaviour change.
We work closely with our colleagues who are industry leaders in brand, digital, reporting and sustainability. We’ve also got an incredible creative team who partner with us to devise powerful and impactful solutions.
An employee communications specialist with three to four years of experience, ideally with in-house experience. You may be an executive or officer, or have operated at a more senior level more recently. You may have only worked for one organisation, or worked for a few different businesses.
No experience of working agency-side is required. We're looking for someone with a thirst for learning. Our team of strategists and consultants will coach you to enable you to achieve your full potential. A degree is preferable, but we’re open to hearing from you if not.
