Presentations Designer 

HYBRID REMOTE / LONDON

We are looking for a creative individual with an exceptional design portfolio, who would love to expand their skillset by learning to design engaging PowerPoint presentations.

The designer will have the opportunity to work with an incredible variety of clients and projects. From keynote announcements for FTSE 100s, to small business start-up pitches and everything in between; delivering presentations that include animation, interactivity, templates, infographics and more.

You will be responsible for creating presentations that are professional, consistent and on-brand, whilst understanding and communicating content in a clear meaningful way.

Our new team member must be a self‑motivated and professional with a ‘can-do’ attitude, who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment; meeting tight deadlines across multiple projects without sacrificing attention to detail and creativity.

Although we are primarily looking for middleweight, we will consider applications for designers who are wanting to step up and develop their skillset further within a supportive design team. Other organisations may call this role Designer, Creative Designer, Content Designer, PowerPoint Designer, Mid-Weight Designer, Marketing Designer, or Presentation Design Specialist.

Whilst there will be opportunities to work remotely within the role, we would initially require our designer to work in the London office to receive the required training and to get to know the team.

What You'll do 

  • Working as an integral part of the team to design and build creative and impressive PowerPoint presentations and templates. 
  • Taking briefs and requirements from clients – occasionally supporting clients onsite.
  • Producing work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Supporting other departments in delivering pitch and marketing collateral. 

You're good at / You have 

  • A stand-out portfolio, showcasing commercial projects you have worked on.
  • Demonstrated experience in professional design.
  • BSc/BA in Design or a related field. 
  • Confident PC user.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. 
  • Strong visual design skills, with a focus on layouts, the ability to follow brand guidelines closely as well as create fresh concepts from scratch.
  • An understanding of the creative requirements of a project.
  • Technically minded - more than just a designer, ability to problem solve, interpret data heavy content and utilise technical features within software.
  • Highly detail oriented with an ability to carefully review work. 
  • Effective time management skills to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment. 
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. 
  • Professional demeanour and an ability to use own initiative. 
  • PowerPoint design experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
