WeTransfer is a proud B-Corp operating across technology, editorial and advertising sectors. Emperor has brought its responsible business strategy to life with impactful, inspiring and interactive communications at every stage of its journey.

Following our production of WeTransfer's maiden Responsible Business Report – which has been recognised as best in class – our relationship with WeTransfer has evolved, unlocking new workstreams.

From revamping a Code of Conduct that articulates how WeTransfer wants to act as a responsible business, to a six-month materiality assessment to develop a future-fit responsible business strategy, our work has spanned vast areas of its responsible business strategy. This includes employee engagement programmes, which encouraged employees to help shape a better business and much, much more.

The responsible business strategy came to life through the concept ‘Ideas to Impact’.

Working closely with WeTransfer’s brand team to develop a compelling visual identity, it signals the importance of ideas to solve the world’s biggest challenges, and the belief that a good idea can come from anywhere.

Alongside an inspiring narrative, we developed a powerful animation for the launch, before working to embed it throughout the business.


By flexing creative muscles and thinking outside the box, we were able to foster a trusted partnership, ensuring the communications capture WeTransfer’s playful tone of voice and authentically represents the brand.
