Business Culture Awards success

The Business Culture Awards gives forward-thinking organisations a way to celebrate work which sets up their employees to succeed – recognising how their people’s employment experience is fundamental to business performance.

We're thrilled for our client XPS Pensions Group who scooped the overall Gold Award and the Transformation Award at The Business Culture Awards.

Feedback for the project was fantastic, with judges celebrating the well-executed and methodical approach. The use of local champions and storytellers and various examples of the values in action added to the success of the entry. Judges recognised that mergers tend to be a notoriously difficult lifetime challenge, making the inspiring XPS story even more of an achievement.

Shaping culture takes time and this recognition is testament to ambitious, committed leadership, a clear purpose and narrative as foundations, values and behaviours that were shaped from within using employees language, and regular stories from throughout the business.

Believing that culture is a competitive advantage is where it starts, and being able to demonstrate bottom line results through that makes the real difference.
