2021 marks 25 years since Steve Kemp and Noel O’Connor opened Emperor’s doors for business. Since then they steered Emperor to become one of the UK’s leading creative agencies, while growing a team of over 230 talented people.

Lockdown has been awful in lots of ways but it has also accelerated an enormous amount of change through the business. In lots of ways its been a real catalyst for some incredible improvements from the way we are structured, to IT, the way we're working and the outputs of the various teams.

We want to celebrate our 25th year in business by reaching out to our community, giving back to charitable causes and having a bit of fun along the way. We have already planned some activities for the year ahead and set big targets for ourselves.

A series of interviews with leading business and public figures.

25 award wins for the wonderful work we produce with our clients.

£25,000 raised for Maggie’s, our chosen charity both this year and last.

A party to celebrate our successes over the past 25 years, with old and new clients and friends of the business (restrictions allowing).

We have built a great business with a sustainable legacy and a fantastic culture. As the business has grown and developed, remaining true to the integrity of the culture, having an open, collaborative atmosphere and place to work has been really important. I think one of our biggest achievements is not just growing that but maintaining it.
