2019 is arguably the year of culture. The importance of 'the way we do things around here' is being recognised as a key driver for growth. And changes to UK legislation now requires businesses to report on purpose, culture and employee engagement.
In the fourth instalment of our successful series, we will give insights into what is required, tips for measuring and reporting, and examples of how some companies are shaping their narrative and culture.
