A series of summer seminars to explore the importance of culture in driving business success.

2019 is arguably the year of culture. The importance of 'the way we do things around here' is being recognised as a key driver for growth. And changes to the UK Corporate Governance Code and the Wates Principles for private companies now require businesses to report on purpose, culture and employee engagement. 

This event series will give insight into what is required, tips for measuring and reporting, and examples of how some companies are shaping their narrative and culture:
