Today we proudly take the reigns as Co-CEOs of Emperor from our founder, Steve Kemp.

The business has never been stronger or with more opportunity. What Steve has achieved over the past quarter of a century is phenomenal. We intend to use his track record as a benchmark for the next 25!

And to reiterate once again Steve is stepping down but not stepping off! He will be remaining full-time in the business, with a role around purposeful growth, client counsel and mentoring.

These are unpredictable times, but with Emperor’s relentless focus on our clients and a preparedness to challenge ourselves we will continue to thrive.
