From representing England in rugby to building a successful leadership career, Charlie has spent much of her journey navigating environments where women have traditionally been underrepresented. In conversation with Jenni, she will reflect on the challenges she faced, the opportunities she embraced and the lessons that have shaped her both personally and professionally.
