Surveying the site

British Land’s website had become out-dated, hard to maintain and tricky to use. A renovation was needed to showcase just what makes them special.

Under construction

Starting with a rigorous discovery stage that analysed performance, data and competitors, we built nuanced audience profiles that laid the foundations for a new streamlined structure and content. A highly adaptable design system thoughtfully extends their brand’s visual language, providing flexibility across different visitors and contexts. New content, bespoke copy, smart structures and adaptable components.

The new website is an authentic, engaging home for all things British Land. It delivers an accessible user experience, with intuitive design and content that’s tailored to the audience. A purposeful website that brings to life the idea of ‘Places People Prefer’.
