A healthcare solutions company in the middle of some major digital transformation, Coloplast turned to us to help reimagine the heart of its online presence: coloplast.com. With a complex network of sites to manage, they needed a partner who could embed seamlessly into their team, align with their vision and help define a clear, purposeful direction for the dot com site.




The treatment
Our discovery process – spanning audits, interviews and workshops – revealed one consistent symptom: the site just didn’t reflect who Coloplast really is. It felt disconnected with the brand’s warmth, innovation and global presence. So, we got to work, defining a new purpose for the site that would guide our thinking: ‘a digital experience that’s built to shape perceptions, create connections and serve audiences’.

The result is a site that finally feels like Coloplast. It’s tailored to their audiences and brings the brand to life through thoughtful content, accessible design and intuitive functionality. Built as a true collaboration – Emperor on strategy and design, Coloplast on development – we delivered a platform that speaks with the same care, empathy and confidence as the business itself.
