
Building on recent progress, the goal was to create a cohesive set of corporate communications, including 11 documents including the Annual and Sustainability Reports, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets Annual Report, and the Sustainable Finance Framework, highlighting the Group’s purpose of Helping Britain Prosper and its contribution to a sustainable future.

Challenge
The challenge was to integrate the new LBG brand, incorporate sustainability within the Annual Report, and reduce pagination while ensuring content quality.




Response
We collaborated with various internal teams to design a new style for the Annual Report, aligning with the new brand guidelines. We expanded the sustainability section to meet best practices and refined the business model and strategy narrative. We simplified text-heavy sections, restructuring them to improve readability and engagement.






Results
We produced a suite of visually consistent, coherent communications well-received by clients and stakeholders. The refined narrative helped deliver key messages more effectively, and restructuring reduced the Annual Report by 24 pages compared to the previous year. We also enhanced the sustainability section to support the dedicated Sustainability Report and worked with the Sustainable Finance team to simplify content in the Sustainable Finance Framework report, ensuring it met regulatory and compliance standards while achieving the Group’s objectives.
