At COP26, Reckitt’s ambition was clear: move beyond corporate promises and show how everyday choices can shape a cleaner, healthier world.
Our Role
- Sustainability
A crisis of health
The climate crisis is also a health crisis. Rising global temperatures are already affecting access to clean water, food, sanitation and hygiene – worsening inequalities worldwide. Reckitt, as a business committed to making access to hygiene, wellness and nourishment a right, not a privilege, wanted to use their COP26 presence to highlight this critical connection. The challenge was moving beyond commitments to inspire real change in individual behaviours.

Turning on the change
Through the creative concept 'From big changes to small habits, we can all make a difference’, we designed an immersive exhibition that made climate action personal. Using taps – a globally recognised household essential – we helped Reckitt demonstrate the environmental impact of everyday choices. Visitors discovered how something as simple as washing hands in colder water can reduce individual carbon footprint. We designed interactive elements to deepen engagement and encourage real-time pledges. The experience positioned Reckitt as a trusted sustainability partner aligned with COP26’s global agenda – and the conversation extended far beyond the conference alone, through social sharing.

A ripple effect
By reframing climate change as a health emergency, the activation shifted perceptions and made sustainability tangible. Reckitt strengthened its position as a catalyst for change – bridging individual behaviours with corporate responsibility and influencing both policymakers and the public towards meaningful action.
