Challenge
Variowell have 3 established B2B and B2C brands in Kikoo, Swayy and Pepaminto, but their Group brand had flown under the radar for many years. This led to confusion with clients and prospects asking, who are Variowell and what do they do?






Response
We led focus groups with key stakeholders to establish what made Variowell unique within the industry and understand how they wanted to be positioned. This was to sit at forefront of sleep-tech innovation and bridge the gap between the traditional mattress industry and technology. We achieved this by creating tech-inspired, exciting brand designs which would solidify them as trailblazers.





Results
Variowell launched their new brand at CES 2024 in Las Vegas and are setting out to prove to the sleep-tech industry that they are leading the way in the sector.
