This year brought major change as BT Group launched a bold, refreshed strategy to shape the future. The challenge: how to communicate this forward-looking vision while still reporting on the current strategy.



Response
Balancing both required a thoughtful editorial and structural approach. The new strategy needed to feel like a natural evolution. A fresh design was also introduced, with clear navigation and accessibility at its core.








Results
The 2025 Annual Report was a strong success. It struck the right balance between current and future strategies, delivering a cohesive, forward-looking suite aligned with BT’s brand and strategic goals.
