Challenge

The company wanted its latest Annual Report to show the great progress made against its ambitious growth strategy, and its commitment to being a more sustainable business.

Response

We brought Greggs' achievements and ambitions to life through powerful corporate storytelling and creative. We advised on trends, best practice, and a narrative that worked across sustainability, strategy, business model and stakeholder engagement.

Results

We created a bold, impactful and appealing report that helped the company engage with its key stakeholders, while evidencing its progress in a way that was both transparent and accountable.

It felt like there was a really strong team to support at all levels. This was led by Emperor's expertise. There were lots of new things to cover, with TCFD reporting for the first time, the new strategy, so the handholding was appreciated and it was the best year yet.
