In reimagining their reporting suite, Phoenix Group wanted to showcase how they drive positive change for their customers and wider society – while also catering to their diverse target audiences with a more connected and complementary set of reports.
Response
In clarifying the ambition, role and audience for each report, we created better alignment across the suite, alongside a flexible design system that would elevate the content. Led by the purpose, we introduced a consistent framework and worked closely with Phoenix's team to rearticulate the investment case, business model and customer journey.
Results
The result is a focused set of inspiring, purposeful reports – appealing to both specific and generalist audiences – that use storytelling to showcase how Phoenix Group work as a force for good. A series of supporting social media assets received 45k post reactions, shares, saves and comments, helping to drive engagement.
