The key was to bring consistency and produce something everyone could embrace. Building on Optimizely, a digital experience platform that enables personalisation and A/B testing, we could integrate with their CRM system and map how leads become customers. Supercharge this with the new brand and targeted copywriting that brings their narrative to life, and the results are powerful.

The new platform has quickly proven its value. Within six months, SmartestEnergy saw a 64% uplift in views and 223% in organic social referrals. Personalisation capabilities enabled tailored landing pages for different audience groups, driving engagement, click-throughs and conversions. With session times up, bounce rates down and organic search visibility rising by 32%, the website is now delivering measurable growth, while positioning SmartestEnergy as a forward-thinking, customer-centric brand.
